   First and last name, business email, company URL, contact phone, stated job title, and any notes or commercial context you voluntarily share. We also record technical browsing data for analytics purposes.

3. 3. Purpose of processing

   We use your data to coordinate commercial meetings, respond to requests, deliver downloaded resources, prepare proposals and send communications related to RevOps, CRM, data and artificial intelligence. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. 4. Legal basis

   Processing is based on the explicit consent you give when completing each form, and on the legitimate interest of maintaining the established commercial relationship.

5. 5. Processors and transfers

   Data may be stored on commercial management and communication platforms contracted by Awtana, such as HubSpot and email or video conferencing providers, always under data processing agreements and equivalent security standards.

6. 6. Retention

   We keep data for as long as needed to fulfil the stated purpose and, afterwards, for the applicable legal period. Once no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymised.

7. 7. Your rights

   You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@awtana.com. We handle requests within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

   We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including access control, encryption in transit and audit logs.
